Job summary

Qualifications

• An engineering student pursuing a degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related fields.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Willing to work on the manufacturing floor and follow PPE requirements (safety shoes, hearing protection, safety glasses, bump caps).

Responsibilities

• Work on meaningful projects related to quality and process improvement.
• Collaborate with production and facilities teams to support safety, quality, and production goals.
• Participate in a 12-week paid summer program at the Jefferson City factory.
