Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical) required.
• 5–15 years of experience preferred.
• Hands-on troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, and process systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital projects end-to-end across the facility.
• Implement process changes to keep production moving.
• Troubleshoot complex issues spanning mechanical, electrical, and process areas.
• Coordinate external trades (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) for facility needs.
• Document work instructions and batch records for Production and Quality.
