Job summary

Radwell International LLC in Glendale, AZ is seeking a Junior Electronics Repair Technician to support repair, calibration and testing of industrial electronic equipment under senior guidance. You will diagnose, repair and validate devices like PLCs, drives, PCBs, and temperature controls while following documented processes and documenting results.

Foundation in electronics or electro-mechanical systems is expected, with soldering skills and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical certificate or Associate degree preferred.
• Understanding of industrial controls repair cycle is a plus.
• Strong technical aptitude with willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Perform bench-level electronic and electro-mechanical repairs.
• Isolate failures at the component level on industrial control equipment.
• Repair, calibrate, program, and test PLCs, drives, and industrial PCBs.
• Use oscilloscopes, multimeters, function generators, and fixtures.
• Document repairs and test results in IT systems.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and proper part handling.
• Collaborate with team and share knowledge.
