Job summary

Radwell International in Saint Charles, MO is seeking a Junior Electronic / Mechanical Technician to support repair, calibration, and testing of industrial electronics under supervision. You will develop technical skills while ensuring repaired units meet quality standards.

You will diagnose, repair, and validate equipment such as PLCs, drives, PCBs, timers, and servo motors, with hands-on soldering and testing using standard diagnostic tools. On-site, Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
• Foundational electronics knowledge and soldering skills.
• Ability to read schematics and diagnose using standard tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform bench-level repairs of electronic and electro‑mechanical equipment.
• Diagnose failures and replace faulty components at the board level.
• Calibrate, program, and test units; document actions and results.
• Operate test equipment including oscilloscopes and multimeters; ensure quality.
