Job summary

Radwell International in Arlington, TX is seeking a Junior Electronic / Mechanical Technician to support the repair, calibration, and testing of industrial electronic and electro‑mechanical equipment under supervision. You will work on PLCs, drives, and industrial PCBs, utilize oscilloscopes, multimeters, and test fixtures, document results, and contribute to process improvements and team knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical certificate in Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial Technology, or related field a plus.
• Internship, trade school lab experience, or military technical training considered a plus.
• Must understand the repair of Industrial Controls cycle.
• Must be a driven individual and team player.
• Required to bring your own tools as specified by the hiring manager.

Responsibilities

• Perform bench-level electronic and electro-mechanical repairs using standard troubleshooting, soldering, and diagnostic techniques.
• Diagnose and isolate failures at the component level on industrial control equipment.
• Repair, calibrate, program, and test drives, PLCs, PCBs, timers, counters, monitors, and temperature/process controls.
• Utilize test equipment to verify proper operation and performance.
• Document repair actions, troubleshooting steps, parts used, and test results in company systems.
• Ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage of all units throughout the repair process.
• Provide guidance and support to junior technicians and share best practices.
