Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical certificate and 1–2 years related experience, or 3–5 years relatable experience preferred.
• Degrees/certificates in Electronics, Electrical, Electro-Mechanical, Industrial preferred.
• Understanding of basic electronics.
• Experience soldering small parts.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs and task assignments from line leaders.
• Solder, strip and crimp wires and calibrate assemblies.
• Consult BOM and on-line print before starting tasks.
• Perform in-process inspections and ensure quality.
• Move across 2-3 lines/cells as needed.
• Help ensure on-time shipment of products.
