Job summary

Server Products Inc is seeking a dedicated assembler to join our Wisconsin-based manufacturing team. You will assemble finished products and subassemblies, read blueprints, and wire subassemblies while adhering to SOPs and quality standards.

In this fast-paced role, you will log hours and production data in the ERP system, participate in 5S practices, and support continuous improvement. Prior manufacturing experience and strong attention to detail are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing environments with SOPs and quality standards.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Strong math, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assemble finished products and subassemblies per SOPs and blueprints.
• Position parts using fixtures or templates.
• Keep equipment clean and report malfunctions.
• Perform wiring and assembly of electrical subsystems.
• Log labor, production, inventory, and scrap in ERP.
• Meet production and quality goals.
• Maintain 5S in workspace.
