Job summary

SiTime Corp. is seeking an Electronic Lab Technician to grow and support the electronics test lab in Santa Clara. You will participate in prototyping, PCB assembly, debugging, and test protocol execution for SiTime products and equipment.

The role involves calibrating and maintaining lab equipment, documenting technical work, and generating reports while ensuring a safe working environment. Eligibility requires AS in Electronics or related field, with 3+ years in a similar role.

Qualifications

• AS in Electronics or Electronics Technology; BS a plus.
• Hands-on experience testing semiconductor devices and using ATE/bench‑test setups.
• Experience with PCB assembly (hand-solder and reflow) and SMT packages.
• Familiarity with Agilent/Keysight bench equipment and MATLAB is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineers in device test and qualification activities and data handling.
• Assemble and troubleshoot circuit boards and test fixtures (hand-solder/reflow).
• Maintain lab safety and proper working conditions of equipment.
• Troubleshoot bench test equipment and test setups.
• Record and analyze test data for problem analysis and verification.
