A two-year or four-year technical degree is a plus but not required. Base salary range is $21.87–$32.81 per year, with potential incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with hand tools, mechanical or electromechanical assembly.
• Experience beyond classroom is preferred for this internship.
• Able to follow workplace instructions and communicate clearly with team members.
• Basic arithmetic including decimals, fractions, and percentages.
• Physically capable of standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Build components, subassemblies, and systems on the shop floor alongside manufacturing teams.
• Fit, adjust, and test assembled hardware to verify conformance to specs.
• Troubleshoot assembly and production issues in real time with technicians.
• Support manufacturing line troubleshooting by observing processes and collecting data.
• Document assembly procedures and process observations for continuous improvement.
• Contribute technical input as manufacturing programs transition to hands-on production.
