Qualifications

• One to five years of similar or related experience.
• A two-year college degree or equivalent training or apprenticeship.
• Experience building, troubleshooting, and testing electromechanical systems.
• Familiarity with reading mechanical drawings or electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Assemble complex electromechanical prototypes and test rigs following established procedures.
• Operate lab equipment and basic machine shop tools with some analysis to solve assembly challenges.
• Support engineering by detecting errors, resolving design issues, and ensuring build quality.
• Follow policies and job standards to perform lab functions with minimal supervision.
