Qualifications

• Ability to effectively teach adult learners in a hands-on training environment.
• Associate’s degree or higher in electrical technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of hands-on electrical work experience (industrial, commercial, or residential).
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, controls, and safety practices.
• Ability to teach electrical concepts in a clear, applied manner.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, hands-on electrical training in classroom, lab, and employer settings.
• Facilitate student learning through practical demonstrations and real-world scenarios.
• Provide course outlines and instructional materials aligned with workforce training objectives.
• Maintain attendance, progress tracking, and completion records.
