You will deliver instructional sessions and adapt curricula while coordinating with the EC/Program Manager to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experiential knowledge in the subject area relevant to the project.
• Experience with adult instruction or training / facilitation.
• Confidentiality of client material and projects is required.

Responsibilities

• Instructional delivery or facilitation that meets learning objectives for contracted or open enrollment projects.
• Collaborate with Employer Consultant to develop proposals and costs as needed.
• Create or tweak curriculum and ensure documentation of attendance and assessment for each project.
