Job summary

Ivy Tech Community College is seeking adjunct faculty to deliver and facilitate short-term, non-credit programs across our service areas. You may work on campus, at employer locations, or community facilities in our five counties.

Compensation is based on project requirements, certifications, and experience. Ideal candidates bring experiential knowledge in the subject area, experience with adult instruction, strong communication skills, and basic IT proficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in the subject area tied to the contracted or open enrollment projects.
• Experience with adult instruction or training/facilitation.
• Strong listening and dynamic communication skills.
• Computer skills to interface with basic systems and in-class IT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructional or facilitation sessions meeting learning objectives.
• Collaborate with Employer Consultant to craft proposals and cost estimates.
• Develop, tweak or customize programs to meet client needs and provide materials.
• Document student attendance and pass/fail/grades per project and use College labs/equipment appropriately.
