Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• 5 years of practical work experience in the field required; Journeyman/Licensed Technician, NCCER Certified Instructor, associate or bachelor's degree a plus.
• Proven ability to educate and mentor students in electrical technology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; patient and empathetic teaching approach.
