Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of practical work experience in the field. Journeyman/Licensed Technician or NCCER Instructor; associate or bachelor's degree a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for teaching and student interaction.
• Patient and empathetic approach to teaching diverse learners.
