Mortenson is seeking an Electrical Helper in Colorado to assist Electrical Laborers and Journeymen with material handling, assembling and dismantling equipment, preparing work areas, and cleaning machines and workspaces. This role emphasizes safe, hands-on support within a dynamic construction environment.

Ideal candidates will read safety manuals and blueprints, operate power tools, and work well in a team. A valid driver’s license is required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred in electrical material handling and tooling.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work with varied equipment.

Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, and bend wire and conduit using hand tools.
• Safely operate drills, crimpers and cutters after training.
• Lift and position objects and supply materials to the electrical trades.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and tools.
• Work under supervision according to procedures.
• Collaborate with diverse team members.
• All other duties as assigned.
