Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Utah is seeking an EHS Technician to oversee safety processes in a production environment. This hands-on role includes conducting safety inspections, partnering with teams to identify hazards, ensuring OSHA compliance, and assisting with training initiatives. Ideal candidates will have prior EHS experience and strong communication skills. No degree is required, as experience is more important. Qualifications

• Prior EHS or safety experience in manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Hands-on shop floor safety experience strongly preferred.

• Experience with incident investigations and hazard identification.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular safety inspections and shop floor audits.
• Partner with production teams to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Assist with incident investigations and prepare accident reports.
• Help ensure compliance with OSHA and safety policies.
• Coordinate and support safety training for employees.
