Job description

An international aerospace manufacturing firm is seeking an EHS Technician who will work closely with site management to assist with the administration, development, and training needed to sustain and achieve EHS department's goals and objectives. The EHS Technician will be helping to establish and maintain a positive safety culture across the facility.

The Role:

• Perform various on-site EHS audits along with employees and follow up with corrective actions.
• Conduct and prepare incident investigation reports and assist employees with the process.
• Provide coaching to shop personnel with safety training and departmental inspection audits.
• Promote continuous improvement efforts in the EHS function.

The Candidate:

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in OHS, IH, Physical Science/Engineering
• 2+ years of manufacturing EHS experience
• Strong communication skills, ability to engage with employees at all levels
