Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in safety-related discipline is required.
• At least 2 years of safety leadership experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Ability to travel 5–10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental, health & safety initiatives across the site to meet regulatory and corporate standards.
• Identify hazards, perform root-cause analyses, and drive corrective actions.
• Coach and mentor plant leadership on safety best practices and incident prevention.
• Develop and deliver safety training programs with plant personnel.
• Support site safety metrics, audits, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Implement site safety programs and coordinate with regional safety leadership.
