Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in EDI.
• Strong knowledge of EDI concepts, industry standards, and transaction sets.
• Proven experience coordinating delivery and implementation of EDI solutions.
• Experience with AI/Generative AI in integration contexts.

Responsibilities

• Guide a group of employees as they complete projects and assignments.
• Gather requirements and provide accurate estimates and timelines.
• Identify and escalate risks and issues to deliver on time and quality.
• Mentor and coach team members to develop skills and teamwork.
• Maintain department standards, processes and guidelines and ensure adherence.
• Provide status updates to upper management on progress and outcomes.
• Lead department initiatives to improve processes and customer-supplier relationships.
