Responsibilities

• Write, develop and improve our Diesel Technician training course.
• Lecture, but most time spent teaching real equipment.
• Instruct diesel theory for roughly 60 minutes per session.
• Manage online coursework.
• Mentor students.
• Focus on Preventative Maintenance, Electrical, Brakes, Emissions, Wheels, Diagnostics.
• Limited engine and transmission work.
• Rank students on Attitude, Attendance, Mechanical Ability, Coursework, and Work Ethic.
• Heavy daily interactions with students.
