Epiphany Business Services, LLC is seeking a Clinic Supervisor to join our Midlothian, VA team. This full-time role combines direct patient care with hands-on leadership to keep daily operations running smoothly and to deliver top-notch patient service.

The successful candidate will mentor staff, manage scheduling, and lead by example on the clinic floor 70–90% of the time, ensuring excellent care, patient access, and a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED completed.
• Successful completion of a state-approved Medical Assistant program.
• Authorized to work in the United States without restriction.

Responsibilities

• Address patient and team needs to ensure smooth operations in front and back offices.
• Coach and mentor staff to foster a supportive, collaborative culture.
• Maintain staffing levels and schedule management to optimize patient care.
• Identify workflow improvement opportunities and implement solutions.
• Adapt communication to build relationships with patients, providers, and teammates.
• Provide direct patient care and stay updated on best practices in the clinic.
• Lead as a working leader on the floor 70–90% of the time to ensure service quality.
• Identify and resolve issues quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead regular team huddles to share updates and give feedback.
