Job summary

Peterson Dental Laboratory, Inc. is seeking a hands-on marketer who ships. You’ll write content, update the website, build emails and texts, and run the lead funnels yourself, working from a plan set by the Director of Sales.

Dental experience is a real advantage, but not required. We’ll teach you the products and you’ll finish strong work every week, reporting progress in the Growth team meeting.

Qualifications

• Portfolio showing published web pages, emails, campaigns and content you produced yourself.
• Clear, plain writing for busy professionals, with technical subjects made easy.
• Hands-on experience updating websites in a CMS (WordPress, Webflow, HubSpot, GoHighLevel).
• Experience building email/SMS campaigns and automations in a CRM/marketing-automation tool.
• Comfort using AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT daily.
• Ability to use Canva or Adobe design tools.
• Coachable, organized, and able to keep many small projects moving without daily direction.
• Dental marketing experience preferred but not required; we’ll teach dentistry.

Responsibilities

• Write and publish content for dentists: product pages, sell sheets, case studies, newsletters, blogs, and short videos.
• Keep website current and rank improvements on product/landing pages.
• Build and send email and text campaigns to new prospects and existing clients.
• Create funnels, forms, landing pages, and follow-up sequences in GoHighLevel.
• Use Claude daily to draft, research, and automate recurring tasks.
• Learn products from leadership and send clinical claims for review before distribution.
• Decide how campaigns are built, targeted, tested, and timed; recommend scaling or cutting.
• Report shipped work and outcomes in weekly Growth team meetings.
