Oral Arts Dental Lab in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Marketing Director to lead our brand, strengthen relationships with dental professionals, and drive measurable growth in new and existing accounts. You will develop our marketing strategy, oversee campaigns and creative partners, and work closely with leadership and sales to turn marketing investment into lasting customer relationships.

Hands-on HubSpot experience is required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading marketing programs that drive revenue growth.
• Experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub and CRM including campaigns, workflows, segmentation, lead management, dashboards and reporting.
• Strong ability to maintain reliable CRM data and collaborate with sales for adoption.

Responsibilities

• Drive dentist acquisition by creating campaigns that attract qualified dental practices and convert interest into first cases and ongoing business.
• Own HubSpot marketing operations including contact segmentation, email campaigns, landing pages, forms, automated workflows, lead scoring, and reporting.
• Connect marketing with sales by establishing HubSpot processes for lead assignment, follow-up, pipeline tracking, and measuring conversion from inquiry to active account.
• Lead brand and creative direction to ensure messaging and design consistency across website, advertising, sales materials, photography, video and events.
• Manage digital marketing including paid search, social advertising, SEO, email marketing, website performance and lead nurturing.
• Market services by translating dental lab capabilities into clear benefits for dentists and patients.
• Grow existing accounts through retention programs and reactivation of inactive customers.
• Manage budgets and external partners including agencies and vendors.
