Responsibilities

• Lead safety and floor operations on daytime shifts.
• Oversee receiving, stocking, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management.
• Manage 10–15 hourly staff; hire, coach and develop team.
• Coordinate with Night Operations Manager and Purchasing team to optimize layouts and workflows.
• Use WMS/ERP systems to track performance and maintain daily records.
