Responsibilities

• Lead and support custodial employees while providing day-to-day coaching and direction.
• Oversee cleaning quality and respond professionally to client or building service needs.
• Work alongside the custodial team and take an active role in cleaning operations when needed.
• Support overall building operations, including staffing coverage, employee training, supplies, equipment, and multi-site needs as assigned.
