Job summary

Saber Building Services Inc in Auburn Hills, MI is seeking a Custodial Operations Supervisor (Janitorial) to lead on-site cleaning teams, ensure quality standards, and coordinate daily operations across Southeast Michigan.

You will work from the floor with the crew, handle scheduling and training, travel between assigned locations, and collaborate with clients to maintain reliable service. Prior custodial or janitorial supervisory experience is preferred.

• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to travel between assigned locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support custodial employees while providing day-to-day direction and addressing performance or attendance concerns
• Oversee cleaning quality, perform facility inspections, and respond to client or site needs
• Work alongside the custodial team and participate actively in cleaning operations when required
• Support overall building operations, including staffing, training, supplies, and multi-site needs
