Job summary

Saber Building Services Inc is seeking a dependable Custodian for a professional office complex in Troy, Michigan, near the I-75 and Crooks Road corridor. Evening shift: 5:00 PM–9:00 PM, Monday–Friday. You will perform routine custodial tasks, clean restrooms, dust, vacuum, sweep and mop to maintain a clean, welcoming workplace.

Reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently are essential. Pay is $16 per hour with steady hours, supportive managers, and opportunities to learn and grow.

Qualifications

• Must be reliable, attentive to detail and able to work independently.
• Comfortable cleaning and sanitizing restrooms.
• Able to wear and use a backpack vacuum.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms and restock supplies
• Empty trash and recycling containers and replace liners
• Dust furniture, fixtures, ledges, and other assigned surfaces
• Vacuum carpeted areas using a backpack vacuum
• Sweep and mop hard-surface floors throughout the facility

This position covers all aspects of routine custodial work throughout the facility. We are looking for someone who is reliable, attentive to detail, and comfortable working independently while consistently delivering quality results.

• Dependable and consistent attendance
• Ability to work independently and complete assigned duties
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive physical cleaning tasks

Pay: $16 per hour
