Job summary

Vantage Data Centers is seeking a hands-on Critical Facilities Engineer to support data center infrastructure in Goodyear, AZ. You will work on UPS, PDU, diesel generators, HVAC, and building controls to ensure 100% uptime and safety.

The role requires coordinating with vendors, creating procedures, and maintaining documentation. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of experience in critical facilities, a background in electrical/mechanical systems, and the ability to read blueprints.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience with maintenance of critical facilities in data centers or mission-critical environments.
• Experience with emergency generators, distribution equipment, UPS, PDU, HVAC, and building controls.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain data center critical systems (UPS, PDU, generators, HVAC).
• Develop reliability reports to ensure uptime targets and plan maintenance.
• Coordinate with vendors and ensure safety and compliance during maintenance.
