Job summary

Lee Company seeks a Crawlspace Encapsulation Helper to support lead technicians in installing crawlspace encapsulation systems, including vapor barriers, insulation, and sealing materials. This is a hands-on role requiring physical labor and meticulous attention to detail.

You will assist with measuring, aligning, and securing plastic barriers, setting up moisture controls, and ensuring proper air sealing per Lee Company standards. A strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in related field preferred.
• Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy objects.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead technicians in installing crawlspace encapsulation systems (vapor barriers, insulation, sealing materials).
• Perform physical labor and maintain a safe, organized workspace.
• Contribute to proper air sealing, moisture control, and crawlspace prep per Lee Company standards.
