Job summary

Vista Metals, Inc. is seeking a capable, hands‑on Controller to lead and manage our accounting function at our Elizabeth Township, PA facility.

The role covers both high‑level financial oversight and day‑to‑day accounting duties in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in accounting and 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably with manufacturing exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience preferred.
• Manufacturing accounting experience preferred.
• Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage the organization’s accounting practices and fiscal records.
• Prepare, promote, and interpret financial reports for management and external stakeholders.
• Lead internal controls, annual forecast, financial reporting, and budgetary controls.
• Supervise accounting staff and evaluate their work.
• Collaborate with IT and Sales to improve reporting and costing metrics.
