Job summary

ARS-Rescue Rooter in Denver/Aurora, CO seeks a hands-on Controller to oversee accounting and financial operations for multiple locations. The role combines leadership of the accounting team with hands-on day-to-day activities, including AR/AP, inventory, job costing, and financial reporting.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will drive process improvements, partner with operations to ensure accuracy and profitability, and manage month-end close, forecasts, and cash flow.

• Experience with revenue recognition and job costing.
• Strong attention to detail and process improvement.
• Excellent partnership with operations and management.

Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting and finance functions including AR/AP and inventory.
• Perform month-end close and financial reporting.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly forecasts and variance analysis.
• Collaborate with General Manager on budgets and profitability.
• Ensure internal controls and compliance.
