Job summary

One Source Construction LLC is recruiting a hands-on Construction Superintendent to own field operations, manage subcontractors, and drive projects with minimal oversight. You will work directly with company leadership, ensuring schedule and budget adherence in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years as a superintendent, MA license, OSHA 30, and the ability to lift 80+ lbs. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Superintendent in construction industry.
• Construction Supervisor License - Massachusetts (REQUIRED)
• OSHA Certified 30 Hour (REQUIRED)
• Drivers License (REQUIRED)
• Must be able to lift 80+ lbs
• Must be able to follow company's dress code
• References Required

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of day-to-day field operations.
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, and site coordination.
• Identify and resolve issues before they impact schedule or budget.
• Maintain jobsite safety and enforce compliance standards.
• Review plans, specifications, and proactively address discrepancies.
• Coordinate RFIs, submittals, and project documentation using Procore.
• Communicate effectively with project managers and leadership.
