Job summary

Vets Hired is seeking a Building Construction Superintendent to lead daily field operations on construction projects. You will oversee subcontractors, coordinate materials and equipment, and ensure work meets quality standards while delivering projects on time and within budget.

The role requires 3–7 years of building construction experience, OSHA 10 certification, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of building construction experience or equivalent education/experience
• OSHA 10 certification required; OSHA 30 preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents
• Experience managing crews and subcontractors
