Job summary

Clark Construction Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to direct day-to-day management of large-scale construction projects. You will create a project plan with tasks, timelines, and resources, lead stakeholder communications, manage risk, and monitor progress against schedule.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a proven track record of delivering projects from start to finish under a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, a related discipline, or relevant work experience.
• Ability to lead, train, and motivate teams.
• Strong decision-making, risk management, and contractual knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead all activities related to contract administration, change orders, procurement, schedule, and financial reporting.
• Secure required permits and verify insurance coverage for subcontractors.
• Facilitate project meetings to coordinate work activity.
• Lead, train, and develop project team members.
• Prepare and submit monthly job status reports outlining priorities and issues.
• Lead project close-out including turnover of manuals and warranties and final payment documents.
• Develop and maintain relationships with owner, engineering, and design firms.
• Establish deadlines and monitor progress; drive safety culture on site.
• Support acquisition of new work through proposals and presentations.
• Recruit and retain outstanding people and build strong teams.
