Job summary

Clark Construction Group is seeking a Project Manager to lead day-to-day management, develop project plans, and coordinate with stakeholders. You will support the Senior Project Manager, manage risk, and drive timely delivery of project milestones.

The role requires strong qualifications in contract administration, schedule control, and team leadership in a hands-on construction environment. A safety-first culture and opportunities for growth are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field.
• 4+ years of construction experience, preferably with a general contractor on large-scale projects.
• 2+ years leading, developing, and motivating teams.
• Experience with project financials, risk, and schedule management.
• Ability to build relationships with owners and trade contractors.
• Demonstrated leadership, adaptability, and ethical work practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead activities related to contract administration, change orders, procurement, schedule, and financial reporting.
• Manage risk and monitor project progress and safety on site.
• Coordinate with owner, engineering, and design counterparts.
• Lead project meetings and develop team members.
• Prepare monthly status reports and assist in close-out activities.
• Support acquisition of new work through proposals and presentations.
• Recruit and retain top talent for Clark team.
