Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of professional, hands-on construction trades experience.
• Ability to deliver hands-on instruction in workforce settings and pre-apprenticeship environments.
• Strong organizational, communication, and classroom management skills.
• Proficiency with basic instructional technology and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver NCCER-aligned curriculum in compliance with program standards.
• Instruct students in safety, tools, math, blueprint reading, and basic trades.
• Prepare students for industry credentials and pre-apprenticeship outcomes.
• Maintain a safe, organized classroom and lab environment.
• Accurately track attendance, grades, skills checklists, and assessments.
• Collaborate with workforce staff and industry partners to support student placement.
