Job summary

Bath Fitter is seeking a dependable, hands-on Warehouse & Inventory Specialist – Construction Materials / "Shop Hand" to support our Wilmington, NC branch. This role is hands-on in the warehouse, maintaining accurate inventory and preparing materials for installers for upcoming bathroom installations.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of hands-on warehouse or building-materials experience, works well with inventory software and spreadsheets, can lift up to 50 pounds, and maintains

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of hands-on warehouse, inventory, construction, installation, building materials, or related experience.
• Experience counting, organizing, tracking, and maintaining physical inventory.
• Experience receiving shipments and stocking or staging materials.
• Comfortable working with construction, plumbing, building, or installation materials.
• Ability to determine what materials are needed and prepare them accurately for upcoming jobs.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use inventory software and spreadsheets.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to assist with basic repairs or service work.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Dependable attendance and ability to work independently.
