Job summary

The Bath Authority seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to manage storage, handling, and distribution of bath materials and fixtures for daily installation projects. You will ensure organized inventory and timely deliveries to support remodel jobs.

Responsibilities include coordinating staging, maintaining accurate counts, inspecting incoming goods, and collaborating with project teams to prevent delays. Occasional early hours and regional warehouse visits are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education a plus.
• 1–3 years of warehouse experience in remodeling/building materials.
• Familiarity with bath or construction materials preferred.
• Strong organizational and scheduling skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations for remodeling materials.
• Coordinate material staging and delivery for scheduled jobs.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and track usage by project.
• Inspect incoming materials for damage and manage returns or replacements.
• Ensure safe storage of fragile items (glass, finishes, etc).
• Work with project managers, installers, and purchasing to prevent delays.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Enforce safety standards and equipment usage procedures.
