Title: Warehouse Specialist – Inventory & Logistics (Traverse City)

Looking for more than “just a warehouse job”? BathWorks of Michigan is a fast-growing, family-owned remodeling company, and we’re hiring a Warehouse Specialist in Traverse City. This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn the ins and outs of inventory management, logistics, and construction support — with a clear path to grow your career.

Responsibilities

• Manage shipping & receiving of bathroom fixtures, tools, and remodeling materials
• Track inventory, assist with cycle counts, and prevent shortages
• Stage and deliver daily job kits to keep installation crews ready
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely (certification provided if needed)
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safety compliant

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs and working in a physical role
• Forklift/hi-lo experience a plus
• Reliable, safety-first mindset, team player
