Job summary

The Bath Authority is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage the storage, handling, and distribution of bath materials and fixtures for daily remodeling projects. You will ensure organized inventory, timely deliveries, and accurate material allocation to support crews on site.

Responsibilities include coordinating staging, inspecting arrivals, and maintaining a safe, efficient warehouse. Occasional job-site travel and collaboration with project teams are required.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and scheduling abilities are required.
• Experience with inventory systems and construction materials is preferred.
• Able to read schedules and basic construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations for remodeling materials and fixtures.
• Coordinate material staging and delivery for scheduled jobs.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and track usage by project.
• Inspect incoming materials for damage and manage returns.
• Ensure safe handling of fragile and high-value items.
• Collaborate with project managers, installers, and purchasing.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Identify opportunities to improve material flow and storage layout.
• Occasionally run materials to job sites as needed.
• Weekly travel to multiple regional warehouses.
