Job summary

Freedom Construction and Painting LLC in Holyoke, CO is seeking a hardworking Construction Laborer to join our growing team. This hands-on role offers overtime paid at time and a half and weekends work as needed.

You will assist with general construction tasks, support painting crews, load and unload materials, and maintain a safe, organized job site. Prior experience is preferred but training is available.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physically demanding work including lifting 50+ lbs.
• Dependable, punctual, and a strong team player.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Must pass background check.
• Must be willing to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with general construction tasks including site preparation, framing, and finishing work
• Support painting crews with surface prep, priming, and interior/exterior painting projects
• Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment on job sites
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools as directed by crew leads
• Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to efficient project completion
• Perform demolition, cleanup, and debris removal as needed
