Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of construction experience (commercial preferred).
- Available to work Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM.
- Open availability for changing project needs.
- Optional overtime available.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor.
- Dependable, reliable, and punctual with excellent attendance.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and work effectively as part of a team.
- OSHA 10 certification is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload materials on active construction projects.
- Perform site preparation, demolition, and cleanup tasks.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
- Assist skilled trades and keep a clean, organized workspace.
- Work with project supervisors to help ensure safety and schedules.
