Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months of full-time or equivalent part-time experience performing manual labor in construction or maintenance.
• Ability to operate small hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to work in teams, lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual labor tasks to assist skilled tradesmen (carpenters, plumbers, painters, masons, etc.).
• Digs trenches, prepares surfaces, and installs/repairs curbing and signs as required.
• Maintains grounds, seeds lawns, trims plants, and performs snow removal and ice control duties.
