Job summary

Tanknology is seeking a Compliance Field Technician Apprentice to learn through an apprenticeship-style program until certified. You will work on various job sites, performing testing, installations, and repairs while using TANCS to record findings.

The role emphasizes safety, physical work, and the ability to travel across states, with company-provided per diem and lodging as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and safety focus.
• Willing to travel across multiple states and stay overnight as needed.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site assessments and surveys.
• Perform leak tests on fuel storage tanks and piping systems.
• Install equipment and test tank gauge systems.
• Enter and analyze test results, communicating findings to the Operations team.
• Manage and report inventory of parts and supplies on your company vehicle.
