Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience with CNC machinery preferred.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair CNC machinery and industrial production equipment.
• Develop and improve preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability.
• Identify recurring issues, determine root causes, and implement lasting solutions.
• Lead and coordinate maintenance activities, priorities, and personnel while remaining hands-on.
• Manage maintenance resources, contractors, spare parts, and budgets.
• Support equipment upgrades, installations, capital projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, equipment manufacturers, and international colleagues.
