Qualifications

• Ability to organize a small crew and provide constructive feedback.

Responsibilities

• Review service orders, room checklists, and safety considerations before work.
• Divide work, assign tasks, and coordinate the crew through the job.
• Clean alongside the team using Tablerock cleaning methods.
• Demonstrate techniques and explain corrections to newer cleaners.
• Check high-risk areas and ensure all work is completed properly.
• Verify checklists, photos, notes, and supplies reflect the work.
• Resolve routine coordination issues and report scope or safety changes.
• Lead the final walkthrough and ensure secure handoff when done.
