Interns gain real-world experience by working on project teams with industry professionals in a fast-paced, professional setting. Duties include attending meetings, supporting PMs with daily activities, and collaborating with various teams (safety, environmental, estimating).

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related program at an accredited technical college or university.
• Able to interface with all levels of personnel and management.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and self-motivation.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and scheduling/project management software.

Responsibilities

• Attend meetings and assist PMs with day-to-day activities and deliverables.
• Work on a project team and coordinate with safety, environmental, estimating, and other stakeholder teams.
• Support field activities and verify contract payments; manage subcontractor field operations.
• Provide design assistance and preliminary checks under project engineer guidance.
