Atrium is seeking a hands-on Chemical Engineer to drive daily operations, quality testing, and equipment management across internal facilities and contract manufacturers. You will coordinate production planning, perform equipment troubleshooting, and maintain ERP data for accurate fulfillment.

The role blends technical problem solving with logistics coordination in a fast-paced startup environment. Visa sponsorship is not offered; travel internationally is expected 1–2 weeks per trip.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years in manufacturing, fulfillment, lab, or similar technical functions.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to work independently.
• Capable of planning inventory/fulfillment decisions.
• Proficient at writing clear SOPs and work instructions.
• Willing to travel internationally for 1–2 week stretches; forklift certification provided if needed.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate production, fulfillment, inventory, and capacity planning.
• Assist with equipment installations including procurement, setup, and training.
• Operate and troubleshoot production and lab equipment; liaise with vendors.
• Lead quality-control testing, data tracking, and reporting findings.
• Maintain ERP records for transactions, movements, and fulfillment details.
• Develop SOPs and work instructions for operations, labs, and CMOs.
• Support equipment evaluations and manufacturing activities at CMOs.
• Coordinate shipment timing and packing details with Supply Chain.
• Select materials from inventory for orders considering cost/quality.
• Participate in trials and testing with specialized equipment; support cross-functional initiatives.
• Assist with sorting, staging, packing, receiving, and warehouse tasks as needed.
• Travel internationally for troubleshooting and on-site support.
