AT Process Technologies is seeking a hands-on Chemistry Laboratory Technician to keep our bench and pilot laboratories running in Waltham, MA. This role is the operational backbone of the lab, handling analytical samples, monitoring experiments, and maintaining hazardous-chemistry safety and housekeeping.
The ideal candidate has 10+ years of bench experience, a strong background in analytical methods (NMR, HPLC, GC-MS, FTIR), and can work hands-on in lab, fabrication, and plant environments.
AT Process Technologies (ATP) is a pioneering manufacturing company focused on the development and deployment of modular energetics production plants. Using breakthrough chemistry and automation that operates continuously and generates little to no waste, ATP is expanding energetics production to meet the munitions demands of the US and Allies safely, rapidly, and cost effectively.
We are seeking a hands-on Chemistry Laboratory Technician to keep our bench and pilot laboratories running. This person is the operational backbone of the lab: preparing and running analytical samples, monitoring experiments and continuous-flow campaigns, executing setup and teardown, and maintaining the equipment, materials, and housekeeping discipline that hazardous chemistry demands. In an energetics laboratory, the quality of sample handling, equipment cleaning, and residue control directly determines both data integrity and personnel safety. The ideal candidate has maniacal attention to detail, extensive bench experience, works methodically by nature, and has handled hazardous or reactive materials before.
